I was fortunate to travel to Cambodia in 2007.  While there I critically examined several Non Governmental Organizations providing aid to the citizens of Asia's poorest country.  Make no mistake, every dollar you send to your chosen NGO goes straight to the problem and actively lifts a human being that much further up from rock bottom.  At almost every turn I pointed my camera at the beauty of the country and it's peoples.  Amidst the glaring poverty and sometimes squalid conditions I found resilience, determination and genuine progress toward a stable socioeconomic participant in today's global village.  These are some of the images of the Khmer people behind the magic that is Cambodia.
